It is with the utmost regret and shame that WHUISA saw reports of the footage of West Ham supporters singing a song containing anti-Semitic language directed at a Jewish passenger on a plane.

We are pleased that the Club have responded swiftly to this and that they are in contact with the airline and relevant authorities to identify the individuals concerned. We know that West Ham have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of discrimination.

This morning WHUISA Chair Sue Watson was interviewed on BBC Radio 4’s Today Programme to discuss the potential investment into the Club by Daniel Kretinsky

Fan representatives from six Premier League clubs including WHUISA attended a recent meeting with the Premier League. Topics discussed included a range of issues which impact match-going fans – including the return to grounds, Fan-Led Review of Football Governance and the impact of TV picks on match-goers.

The Club have updated the Fan Feedback section of their website with an article about improvements to stewarding.

Many of these initiatives were suggested as part of our Structured Dialogue meeting with the Club in July:

On behalf of the Independent Supporters’ Committee (ISC) , we had a Q&A with Andy Sheldon ahead of tonight’s match. Andy is the Metropolitan Police's dedicated football officer for West Ham.

WHUISA participated in this online meeting hosted by the FSA along with representatives from the other Premier League supporters' organisations. This was a follow-up to the previous week's briefing with the Premier League that we attended to discuss the return of fans.

WHUISA is a member of Football Supporters Europe and today we received the following email from them, asking our members who travelled to Zagreb if they could complete their Away Fans Survey.

We attended this meeting jointly hosted by the Premier League and the Football Supporters’ Association, representing West Ham United supporters along with representatives from 18 other Premier League clubs.

We are progressing with our conversion to become a Supporters’ Trust. One of the legal processes required are the submission of Model Rules to the Financial Conduct Authority to establish a Community Benefit Society.

As a member of the Independent Supporters' Committee (ISC), WHUISA attended a meeting between the ISC and the Club this evening. The following questions were collated by all ISC groups and we have asked the Club to provide supporters with answers to the questions using their website and social media channels as soon as possible.

The Club have said they will make sure that information is published and there will also be direct communication to season ticket holders around ticketing.
